PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the date of delivery to request a return.
There is a restocking fee of $25 for all returns.
To be eligible for a return, the Item must be unused and clean, undamaged (excluding damages noted when signing for delivery), packaged in the same way it came, and the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for used items. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return labels will be emailed for printing. You can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com.
Unshipped Order Cancellations
We charge a $20 administration fee, whether your order has shipped or not. We accept cancellations for orders that are unshipped. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can, and we'll process the cancellation prior to shipping.
Shipped Order Cancellations
We charge a $20 administration fee, whether your order has shipped or not. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order. If we can't catch the item prior to shipping, we'll send you a printable return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be refunded after the item arrives back at the address on the shipping label.
If you have Buyer's remorse or have decided that you do not want the product due to shipping times/improper use, we will be UNABLE to accept any returns or refunds.
Damages, Wrong Item, and Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at email@example.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you've been sent the wrong product, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Upon shipping confirmation of the item or items being returned, we will ship the correct items to you at no charge.
In the event a product is damaged during carrier transit, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damage, and we'll get another item shipped to you right away.
In the event a product is damaged after carrier transit, we will be UNABLE to accept any returns or refunds.
If you find your product is performing unpredictably due to a potential defect, contact us at email@example.com and we'll evaluate the issue and upon approval replace the item and ship it to you at no cost.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
